Structure of Our Organization

Learn about our organization before joining and select the task category of your interest. We provide a wide variety of opportunities to our team members. Our organization consists of 7 different departments or teams which are controlled by the Executive Committee of each department. 

Digital Technology

Control of the entire technical work which requires special skills, such as, web development, graphic designing (banners, images, and videos), animation videos, etc.

Administration

Management and saving applicants data for a particular project and its usage and verification as needed. This team also manages contact cell and email.

Academic Division

Deals with the academic work, such as, preparation of question bank, answer keys, results and every study related work.

Finance

It deals with expenses, income, money storage and financial verification.

Advertising

Management of our social media accounts, mostly focused on Facebook and Instagram.

Human Resources

Recruiting, organizing, and supervising team members and evaluating their performance.

Field Work

Controls physical field and manages all physical tasks, such as, visiting schools for advertisement purposes, arranging test centers and venues for tests and seminars, etc.

Board of Directors

This group of people controls every major and important decision within the organization. The Board consists of 5 members. These are Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Director Human Resources. Every decision is approved by the Board before being practiced. The board approves the decision when it gets 3 out of 5 votes.

Executive Committee

This is the managing body which controls all the above mentioned 7 teams with approval of major decisions by the Board of Directors. Each department has its own executive body which consists of a Manager and one or more assistant managers as needed. Every manager controls its department. All managers work under the Chief Executive Officer, who has the highest position in the Executive Committee. The CEO is the link between the other executive members and the Board of Directors.

General Body

Every department has its own general body which works under the Executive Committee of that department.
